Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Apparently healthy scholars of the National Institute of Ayurveda in the age group of 18 to 30 years -Individuals of either sex -Subjects who are willing to give their consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any individuals suffering from personality disorders, mental disorders, or under medication for psychiatric disorders or psychosomatic disease, or any chronic systemic illness
