Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed individuals with type 2 DM 40-70 years of age All genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers Diagnosed obstructive or restrictive respiratory conditions Neurological, psychiatric, and congenital conditions of the chest and lower limbs Acute or chronic pain/injuries to the chest Orthopaedic disease or surgery interfering with walking History of MI within 1 month History of eye surgery within 1 month
