Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II patients with Lumbar Canal Stenosis, Lumbar Radicular Pain, non-specific low back pain or Coccydynia unresponsive to conservative management for more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Negative consent Local Site infection Allergy to local Anaesthetics Under Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet medications pregnant or breastfeeding patients
