Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who undergone kidney transplantation in AIIMS. 2 Those who are willing to participate in study. 3 Those who are able to read and write Hindi or English 4 Patients in the age group of 18 - 75

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who undergone kidney transplantation more than six months 2 Those who have no smart phones. 3 Those who enrolled any structured teaching programme on home care after kidney transplantation. 4 Those who have various comorbidities
