Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants having Periarthritis of shoulder with pain and restricted movements. 2. Participants within the age group of 40- 60 years. 3. Participants with written consent. 4. Participants fit for swedana procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with periarthritis following shoulder joint injuries. 2. Participants with uncontrolled Diabetic mellitus and Hypertension 3. Known cases of CAD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Malignancy and CVA 4. History of surgery on the particular shoulder 5. Pregnant and lactating women 6. Any neurological condition affecting shoulder
