Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People suffering from grade 4 osteoarthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systematic arthritis or any comorbidities Previous chondral surjery Obesity or pregnancy Radiological osteoarthritis Severe alcoholism or drug abuse
