Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from supratentorial tumours ASA grade I to III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ocular injuries Traumatic Brain injury Glaucoma Orbital tumours Open skull injuries Hyperthyroidism with ophthalmic signs present Patients who have been given diuretics or steroids within one hour prior to surgery

To determine whether any change in Optic Nerve Sheath Diameter guided changes in blood carbon dioxide levels by intraoperative hyperventilation can achieve an optimal Brain Relaxation score (BRS) B. To Correlate ONSD with EtCO2 and BRSTimepoint: 1. Arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis 1 minute after EtCO2 reaches 34 mm Hg 2. ABG 5 minutes after EtCO2 reaches 34 mm Hg 3.
