Health Condition 1: N812- Incomplete uterovaginal prolapse Health Condition 2: N993- Prolapse of vaginal vault after hysterectomy

Interventions

Intervention1: group1: sacrospinous ligament suspension group2: high uterosacral lig suspension: group 1 will receive sacrospinous lig fixation and group 2 will receive high uterosacral lig suspension

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all women presenting with pelvic organ prolapse and undergoing surgical management will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal cervical smear Pelvic radiotherapy

anatomical and surgical successTimepoint: 1,6, 12, 24 months

MeasureTime frame
To compare short term outcomes - operating time, Blood loss, Duration of hospital stay, Neurological pain and complications including major vascular injury, bladder injury , ureter injury, ureteral obstruction , bowel injury between two groups.Timepoint: perioperative period
