Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of symptoms like constipation weightgain Mentrual disturbances dry skin. 2.Confirmatory findings from Throid profile test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating mother. 2.Congenital Hypothyroidism. 3. Hypothyroidism caused by Thyroidectomy,Carcinoma of thyroid or any other nodular goitre. 4. Patients suffering from cardiac diseases.
