Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age â?? 18-30 year Gender- male and female long jumpers Physically active(30 minutes of moderate intensity structured activity ,3 days per week for atleast 6 month). According to ACSM prepatricipation health screening particiapant should perform moderate intensity exercise without any complication. Patient thoes who are give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent fractures in upper and lower limb in the past 6 months ,knee and ankle ligament injury since 1 month. Subjects having vestibular disorder . Subjects having asthma . Subjects having sever depression in beck depression inventry Involved in any kind of balance, agility or jump training programs. Subjects thoes who are not willing to participate in study.
