Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Squamous cell carcinoma Head and Neck cancer malignancies Age >18 years. Karnofsky performance status >70, Normal Haemogram, Normal Renal Function Tests, Normal Liver function tests, Normal ECHO.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post operative and metastatic cases Patients with prior or synchronous malignancy. Previously treated patients with radiotherapy. Patients with known allergies to honey and/or turmeric Presence of OM prior the onset of this study Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
