Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Individuals willing for Trial. (2)Apparently healthy individuals in the age group of 18-50 yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who are not willing for trial. (2)Individuals below 18 yrs and above 50 yrs. (3)Those who have any associated chronic ailments like Diabetes Meliitus,Hypertension, Cardiac disorder,Renal disorder,Alcoholic liver disease,Chronic peptic ulcer etc. Pregnant and lactating women. Menstruating women
