Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Pakkavatham (Hemiplegic stroke) both right and left will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with respiratory pathology Patients underwent any surgery in the nose will be excluded Patients who are unwilling

To evaluate the saram pattern in the individuals affected with Pakkavatham as the sara ottam shows the healthy status of the individuals as per text.Timepoint: 12 months

To collect the literature which states sara ottam and recognising its patternTimepoint: 6 months
