Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe mitral stenosis 2. Preoperative mean pulmonary artery pressure more than 40 mm Hg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe mitral regurgitation severe tricuspid regurgitation patient refusal known allergy to study drug hepatic or renal disease neurological disease
