Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged between 18 to 60 years diagnosed with median/paramedian fracture of hard palate. 2. Patient giving informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically compromised patient. 2. Edentulous patient. 3. Patient refusing for consent and follow up.

MeasureTime frame
CAPSPS can overcome complexity of Open reduction and internal fixation and offer better clinical and equivalent radiological outcome. It may prove be an equally effective modality when compared to the gold standard open reduction and internal fixation.Timepoint: 6 months—
