Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children aged 1 month to 15 years admitted to PICU with suspected bacterial infection with SIRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Culture positive sepsis, pneumonia, meningitis Children who got discharge /Died within 48 hours of estimation Children on immunosuppression Surgical patients / Polytrauma

Proportion of children where antibiotic will be successfully de-escalated/ stoppedTimepoint: During hospital stay and 4 weeks follow up
