Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >= 40 years of age with primary or secondary glaucoma on anti-glaucoma medications and visually significant cataract 2.Willing to be recruited for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: a) History of previous intraocular surgeries b) Visually significant corneal pathology c) Any retinal or neuro-ophthalmological cause of poor vision d) Acute angle closure glaucoma e) No light perception vision
