Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Visual acuity of 6/12 or less [without glass]. 2)Improving with glasses. 3)Patient showing symptoms of Kaphaja Kacha - the sun, the flame etc. appear lustreless without their shining and as through covered [with thin cloth], sitabha drusti. 4)Irrespective of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Senile mature or hypermature cataract. 2)Nuclear cataract. 3) Visual acuity of less than 6/60. 4)Congenital , traumatic , complicated and metabolic cataract. 5)Patient having Glaucoma , Diabetic retinopathy , Macular degeneration , Retinitis pigmentosa. 6)Patients with any other systemic disease such as DM , HTN. 7)Patients who under steroid treatment or any kind of immunosuppressive therapy in treatment of autoimmune disease.

MeasureTime frame
Symptoms of Kaphaja Kacha - the sun, the flame etc. appear lustreless (without their shining) and as through covered [with thin cloth], sitabha drusti will be decreased.Timepoint: Follow up will be taken on 7th,14th,20th day. Symptoms will be noted before and after treatment.
