Inclusion criteria: Euvolemia- assessed clinically Serum sodium Serum osmolality- Urinary sodium concentration >20 mmol/L Urinary osmolality >100mOsm/kg Normal Serum Cortisol Normal thyroid function
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypovolemic and hypervolemic Hyponatremia Patients with Hypothyroidism Patients with Addison disease Pregnant females Psychiatry patients on antipsychiatry medications Patients on diuretics Recent alcohol binge intake
