Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals falling under respective groups divided on the basis of cephalometric measurements. 2)Patient with healthy oral dental tissues and healthy oral mucosa. 3)patients requiring orthodontic treatment

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient taking any medication. 2) Individuals suffering from any neuro muscular diseases . 3) Individuals suffering from any syndrome
