Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with migraine or tension headache and willing to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Organic cause of headache, patients practising yoga based therapy in last six months, pregnancy or with contraindications to practice Yogic mudra and Mantra chanting, severely ill patients who are unable to practice yogic mudras
