Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals on their day 1 of high altitude acclimatisation Individuals between 18-45 years of age Individuals without any co morbidities like HTN, BA, COPD, T2DM, Obesity Individuals who are not on and medications including acetazolamide

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are smokers Individuals already on medication Individuals with comorbidities
