Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Patients >18 years of age presenting to the Emergency Medicine department undergoing drug assisted endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients/ legally accepted representative not consenting to the study. Patients in peri-arrest or established cardiac arrest, undergoing resuscitation. Reintubations
