Intervention1: three-layered dressing: Three-layered dressing with paraffin gauze, cotton gauze and roller bandage, alternate day for 15 days/ till healing whichever is earlier Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris At least one set of symmetrically located erosions at least 10 cm2 in overall size, preferably over limbs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are admitted with an uncertain diagnosis Patients with significant wound infection at the time of enrolment
