Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with sign and symptoms of Pharyngitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who is not willing for the trial Patient who is under other treatment modalities Known cases of adenoids and sinusitis Known cases of carcinoma of pharynx Known cases of herpes simplex 1&2herpes zoster thrush syphilitic pharyngitis diphtheroid pharyngitis HIV-1 & 2 tubercular pharyngitis peritonsillar abscess and other specific and complicated cases of pharyngitis
