Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II All impacted mandibular third molars requiring surgical removal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute infection Patients on NSAIDS, Bromelain and Serratiopeptidase Patients with bleeding disorders, Pregnancy and Lactation, Immunocompromised, Mentally Challenged,Patients with GERD and systemic illness
