Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 21- 32 yrs. 2. Completed 34 weeks of gestation. 3. Primi gravida 4. Single intra-uterine gestation. 5. Cephalic presentation. 6. Uncomplicated cases of pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Below 21 years of age. 2. Any other placental abnormalities. 3. Multiple pregnancy. 4. Any abnormal lie or presentation. 5. Any soft tissue obstruction. 6. Elderly primi. 7. Contracted pelvis. 8. Any metabolic disorder.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The lubricated vaginal passage will facilitate the normal labour easily and the incidence of ceaserean section will decrease.Timepoint: From 34 week till 36 weeks.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The pain threshold limit will increase due to basti & pichu the vaat will decrease and hence pain will also decrease.Timepoint: From 36 weeks till delivery.	—
