Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Both Proseal Lryngeal mask airway and Baska mask will be compared on the basis of 1. Insertion time, insertion attempts, ease of insertion. 2. Airway seal pressure and peak airway pressure. 3. Haemodynamic changes.Timepoint: Both Proseal Lryngeal mask airway and Baska mask will be compared on the basis of 1. Insertion time, insertion attempts, ease of insertion at the time of insertion. 2.Airway peak pressure after forming seal(baseline) than at 5 mins, 10 mins,15mins,30 mins, 45 mins, and 60 mins. 3. cuff Pressure at 20 mins, 40 mins and 60 mins. 4. EtCO2 at 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins 5 Heart rate, Mean Blood pressure at- 1 min, 2 mins, 3 mins, 4 mins, 5 mins, 10 mins.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Both proseal Laryngeal mask airway and Baska mask will be compared based on 1.Hemodynamic parameters 2.Pharyngolaryngeal adverse eventsTimepoint: 1 Hemodynamic Parameters like Heart rate, Blood pressure will be noted every minute during first 10 minutes just after insertion. 2. Pharyngolaryngeal adverse events after the completion of surgery and removal of device.
