Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the onset of sensory blockade 2.To compare the onset of motor blockade 4.To compare the time to first analgesic request by VAS (visual analogue scale) score Timepoint: 1)Time of injection of drug- 2) Time of onset of sensory block - 3) Time of onset of motor block- 4) Visual analogue score- 5) Time to first analgesic request POINTS WILL BE NOTED EVERY 5MIN IN FIRST 15MINUTES AND EVERY 10MINUTES TILL 30MINUTES. ANALGESIA FOLLOW UP FOR NEXT 24HRS AFTER THE BLOCK

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the success rate in the form of duration sensory and motor blockade 2.To compare the time to first analgesic request by VAS (visual analogue scale) score Timepoint: 1.Duration of surgery 2.Total duration of sensory block- 3.Total duration of motor block- 4.Total duration of analgesia POINTS WILL BE ASSESED EVERY 5MIN IN THE FIRST 15MIN THEN EVERY 10MIN TILL 30MIN.FOR VAS SCORE EVERY HOURLY TILL FIRST 6HRS, 2ND HOURLY TILL 12HRS, 4TH HOURLY TILL 24HRS AFTER THE BLOCK
