Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years Invasive controlled mechanical ventilation treatment Estimated mechanical ventilation treatment for more than 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Pregnancy Patients on weaning mode of ventilation
