Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective pediatric surgical patients in whom a ccentral line is indicated for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Technical difficultyin cannulation 2. Coagulopathy 3.Steroid usage 4. Endocrine disorders 5. Renal dysfunction
