Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i) Age-20-40 years without any previous experience of yoga ii) Clinically healthy adults with perceived stress score >13 iii) Normotensive adults (never took any medicine for blood pressure control)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Age group: > 40 & ii) Suffering from chronic disease iii) On antipsychotic drugs iv) Chronic smoker, chronic alcoholic or drug addict
