Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 to 60 years 2.ASA I and II category patients 3.Patients posted under general anaesthesia 4.Patients willing to give informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Anaphylaxis to the study drugs( 6% HES and paracetmol) 2.Chronic alcoholics and nicotine addiction 3.Patients with opioid drug intake for other comorbid conditions
