Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)People who are willing to participate 2)Duration: minimum of 2 years of contemporary dance training 3)Normal BMI – 18.5-24.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history or diagnosed case of 1)Trauma of lower limb, spine and abdomen (last 3 months) 2)Surgery of lower limb, spine and abdomen (last 3 months) 3)Subjects with neurological, cognitive dysfunction, psychiatric, dermatological conditions and congenital deformity 4)Any structural deformity of foot and ankle

1)Foot posture index to measure foot deviations 2) Rearfoot angle , forefoot angle , navicular drop , medial longitudinal arch angle using universal goniometer , index card , marker , ruler , foot stepper.Timepoint: one year
