Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult stable Type 2 Diabetic subjects HbA1C > 7 - 9 Physicianâ??s consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of chronic illness Newly detected diabetics Age > 65 years Gestational diabetes mellitus Taking regular supplements or functional foods Allergic to supplementation of Punarnava Smokers or tobacco chewers Thyroid disorder Subjects on Insulin and or statin Those consuming Punarnava regularly
