Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who require extraction of teeth. Patients with apical periodontitis of teeth requiring extraction of teeth secondary to dental caries or periodontitis.Patients who are systemically healthy â?? ASA I and ASA II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who donâ??t want to participate in the study. Patients who are medically compromised and where systemic antibiotics is indicated postoperatively. Patients having acute infections of teeth such as periapical abscess. Patients with other generalized infective conditions. Patients with poor oral hygiene.
