Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-50 year irrespective to gender, caste, socioeconomic status etc. 2. Patients undergone elective surgery for low anal fistula, fissure, hemorrhoids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having allergy to tab. Diclofenac sodium 50 mg. 2. Patients on anti-depressant & Anti-psychotic treatment. 3. Patient of HIV, HCV & HBsAg infection.
