Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females within the age group of 40 to 60 who attained menopause presenting with symptoms of genitourinary syndrome of menopause will be taken for the study. Any 3 of the following symptoms are considered for inclusion. 1. Vaginal dryness 2. Burning sensation in vagina 3. Pain during sexual intercourse 4. Dysuria 5. Increased need to urinate 6. Urinary incontinence Patients willing and competent to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with known cases of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension 2. Patients with known systemic illness-renal disorders ,liver dysfunction 3. Infections of genital tract 4. Known cases of genital malignancies 5. Receiving hormone therapy
