Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with case of NAFLD grade- I/II/III by USG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are contraindicated for virechana karma- like lower GI bleeding, Prolapse of rectum, incontinence of stool, pregnant and lactating mothers etc. will not be included in the trial group. 2) Patients taking antifungal, antibacterial, or antibiotic medication. 3) Patients with Ascites, Liver cirrhosis, Oesophageal varices, Jaundice, Cholelithiasis. 4) Patients with history of Cholecystectomy. 5) Patients requiring emergency treatment.

To assess the changes in Fibroscan and USG post Virechana karma in the patients of NAFLD.Timepoint: After 1 month i.e 31st day

1. To evaluate the effectiveness of Virechana karma in improving the subjective parameters in patients of NAFLD.Timepoint: After 1 month i.e 31st day;2. To assess the efficacy of Virechana Karma and standard treatment protocol on the biomarkers of liver steatosis (Fibroscan, USG, LFT, Lipid profile) in the subjects of NAFLD.Timepoint: After 1 month i.e 31st day
