Interventions

Intervention1: Fluid restriction: 2/3rd of maintenance fluid in first 5 days of life. Control Intervention1: Normal fluid: Total required intravenous fluid will be given in first 5 days of life.

Inclusion criteria: All newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy presented during study period
