Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute diagnosed case of TMJ dysfunction (less than 6 months from diagnosis). 2. Completely dentated patient 3. Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of systemic or local dysfunction (Cerebral palsy, neurological dysfunction). 2. History of antihistamine, sedatives or muscle relaxants, CNS depressors usage. 3. Patient taking speech therapy or otorhinolaryngological treatment 4. History of trauma to the face and cervical spine. 5. Patient with periodontal problems and parafunctional habits.
