Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ALL LSCS PATIENTS UNDER SUBARACHNOID BLOCK

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) PATIENT REFUSAL 2) PATIENT WITH ASA GRADE III AND IV 3) LOCAL SKIN INFECTIONS( LATERAL ABDOMINAL WALL) 4) SIGNIFICANT CARDIAC DISEASE 5) SUSPECTED COAGULOPATHIES OR BLEEDING DISORDERS 6) ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHETICS AND STUDY DRUG
