Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents of the patient willing to participate in the research trial. 2. Children of either sex belonging to age group 6 to 15 years. 3. Children having cardinal feature of Shayyamutra. 4. Children with repeated voiding of urine in bed or clothes at least more than 2 times in a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 6 years and above 15 years. 2. Patients already having history of systemic disorders like TB, DM will be excluded from the study. 3. Patients having any congenital anomalies or with anatomical defect of genito-urinary system. 4. Whenever a patient present with the complaint of bed wetting, we will give them Albendazole for deworming. If patient recover from this then we put them in exclusion criteria. Dose: 400mg stat for children. 5. Neurological disorders like Cerebral Palsy, MR, Spina bifida etc.

â?¢ To develop safe and effective drug that can be helpful in the management of Shayyamutra. To collect and analyze literature of Shayyamutra from different medical texts of Ayurveda and Modern. To evaluate the effect of pathya and apathya counseling in relation to the disease.Timepoint: 45 days
