Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective/ emergency surgeries requiring invasive blood pressure monitoring. 2. Critically ill patients in ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy 2. Infection at site 3. Raynauds phenomenon 4. Positive Allens test
