Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pain in the renal angle and loin region radiating towards groin. 2. Age between 18-60 year 3. Irrespective of sex 4. Stone size up to 15mm 5. Radiographic / USG evidence of the stone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal failure 2. case of immediate surgical itervention. 3. Severe haematuria. 4. Stone size more than 15mm 5. patients of carcinoma 6. pregnant female 7. complication like pyonephrosis,glomerulonephritis and renal failure 8. patient of shukrashmari 9. HIV , VDRL , HEPATITIS-B positive
