Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Gridhrasi (sciatica) and having sign and symptoms Patients with the age group 30-65 years, irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, socio- economic status etc will be included in the study Patients willing to undergo trial Patients with controlled blood pressure (BP Patients with controlled Diabetes (RBS within 70-140mg/dl)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 30 years and above 65 years. Tuberculosis & malignancy of lumbo-sacral spine. Fracture related to lumbo-sacral Spine. Patients of Diabetes mellitus (RBS >140mg/dl). Patients of Blood pressure (BP >140/90mmhg). Other diseases like cardiac diseases, renal diseases and endocrine diseases, severe Anemia andMalignancy, Pregnant/lactating female. Agnikarma Ayogya patients as per classics i.e. Pitta Prakruti diseased with Rakta-Pitta, Atisara, Durbala, Bheeru, Vranita, Aswedya etc.
