Intervention1: Intra vitreal Anti VEGF: : Under aseptic precautions, patients eye will be draped, injection site marked with dye (4 mm distance from limbus in phakics and 3.5 mm distance from limbus

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Treatment naïve proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NVE/NVD) 2.Willing to undergo PRP/Anti VEGF injections Â

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other causes of neovascularisation (Retinal vein occlusion, fibrovascular proliferation with retinal traction, fibrosis, scarring, atrophy) 2.Diabetic Macular Edema 3.Vitreous hemorrhage which obscures imaging 4.Uncontrolled glaucoma 5.Outside OCTA scan range 6.Previous history of optic neuropathy 7.Poor quality scans(media opacity)
