Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range â?? 20 â?? 60 years 2. Sex â?? either 3. Known case of Hypothyroidism or newly diagnosed case of hypothyroidism 4. Serum TSH levels range 5.0 mIU/ml â?? 30 mIU/ml or as defined by ICD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute hypothyroidism 2. Chronic hypothyroidism associated with DM, HTN, malignancy, heart disease, liver disease, or gynecological disorders. 3. pregnancy, lactating women, contraceptive pills 4. depression or any co-existing psychiatric condition 4. Basti contra-indications
