Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Males and females of 18 – 35 years of age who are recreational badminton and volleyball players 2.Individuals with unilateral chronic ankle instability (history of at least 1 ankle sprain and recurrent episodes of giving away) 3.Not included in any balance training program during study duration 4.CAIT score = 24

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with bilateral ankle instability 2. Any injury or surgery of spine, hip, and knee 3. Acute or subacute ankle sprain (96 hours before participation or within 8 weeks) 4. Any management of ankle injuries (like ankle fractures) with plates and screws 5. Limb length discrepancy > 2CM 6. Vestibular problems 7. Visual problems
