Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed cases of PCOS yearning conception. 2 Patient giving consent for uttarabasti procedure and investigations 3 Patient willing for follow ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 40 years of age patient. 2 Unmarried PCOS patients 3 Patients with huge myoma and adenomyosis. 4 Extensive cervical erosion and vaginal infection. 5 HIV, HBsAg, HCV positive Patients. • Patient not giving consent for uttarabasti procedure and investigation and not willing for follow up.
